Terms and Conditions
Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated. Please check your ticket(s) and/or confirmation email from us or our ticketing partners upon receipt, as mistakes cannot always be rectified.
Tickets cannot be refunded. Session bookings may be changed (rescheduled) provided at least 48 hours' notice is given prior to the original session time. Requests for changes made with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be accommodated.
If purchasing a concession priced ticket(s) please ensure that the person the ticket(s) is intended for meets the correct criteria and brings proof of eligibility on the day of attendance.
During your visit please retain your ticket(s) safely for production on demand by The Splatter Room NI team.
The Splatter Room NI may refuse entry to latecomers or require latecomers to wait until a suitable time to be admitted.
Tickets are only valid for entry once; no re-admission allowed.
The Splatter Room NI reserves the right to refuse entry or ask ticket holders to leave at any point on reasonable grounds.
Any ticketholders thought to be intoxicated at any point will be turned away or ejected from the Venue. This is at the discretion of The Splatter Room NI team members. In the interest of safety this decision is final.
All ticketholders must adhere to the terms outlined within our mandatory liability waiver. Failure to do this will result in ejection from the Venue or finishing their session early. A copy of our liability waiver is available upon request.
Admission is at the ticket holder's own risk.
The Splatter Room NI reserves the right to alter the advertised arrangements for any session, cancel any time slot and/or close the Venue(s) without notice. In any such event The Splatter Room NI's maximum liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your ticket(s).
Should cancellation of any event be necessary, The Splatter Room NI will attempt to contact all customers who have booked tickets in advance to arrange exchange or refund of tickets. This contact will be in the form of email for online customers, so customers are advised to check their email inbox before visiting a Splatter Room NI Venue to avoid an unnecessary journey should an event be cancelled. If an alternative visit date cannot be arranged, the Venue will then refund the full price paid, including any associated payment processing fees, to customers.
Any ticket re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain without written permission from The Splatter Room NI becomes void and the holder may be refused entry or ejected from the Venue. Any customer unsure of the legitimacy of a website should contact us ahead of their visit.
